Mike is one of BQ’s founding partners, based in the US. A former lawyer, Mike has over 17 years’ search experience working with some of the world’s leading brands and businesses helping them to identify executive talent across the US and beyond.
Prior to founding BQ he ran international teams at some of the world’s largest search firms. Mike leads the US arm of BQ and the BQ search business globally. Covering all functions, he has a particular focus on Partner and C-suite appointments.
Drew joined BQ as an advisor in 2019 and is now the Executive Chairman. Previously he worked at J P Morgan, prior to joining Page Group in 1993, as a consultant.
Over 21 years with Page Group, he progressed from consultant to Regional Managing Director, based in Singapore. Here he was responsible for South East Asia. He has a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines, brands and geographies.

Jack is a Manager and Principal Technology Consultant at BQ’s London office, and joined BQ after a career change from Private Equity. Jack is a results orientated recruiter with a reputation of delivering high-quality service, and historically a top performer at BQ.

Rish joined BQ as a University graduate with a BA in Accounting with Finance as an Associate Consultant based in BQ’s London office. He is now one of our talented research specialists for Technology recruitment, specifically in Data Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, and IAM/PAM across North America.
Rish is passionate about soccer, Formula 1, and contributing to his family Charity which supports education for underprivileged children in India.
James is a Manager at BQ based in London. James now leads a team of 4 consultants specializing in Professional Services hiring for Finance.
James cultivates and leads key client relationships for BQ across Transaction Services, Restructuring & Turnaround and Accounting Advisory.
In his spare time, James enjoys hiking the National Parks in the US and in the great British countryside. He has a strong interest in most competitive sports, playing Soccer and any racket sports.

Chris is a Principal consultant in London focusing on our US companies. Prior to joining BQ, Chris worked for a global executive search firm conducting searches across Tax, Finance and Risk.
He built a strong track record of delivery and execution to a diverse client base that includes a range of professional and financial services. Chris’s deep relationships and broad network of professionals is unrivalled across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Chris has extensive experience in both contingent and retained search methods with a 100% success rate on all retained searches conducted.
Sharon works closely with the management team and has worked for BQ for over 10 years. She has 20+ years administrative experience in several industries, most notably in FMCG and Recruitment, and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Sharon is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including management of our various internal systems, assisting with searches and ensuring that our data integrity is maintained at the highest level. Sharon is currently becoming Salesforce certified.
Amy joined the Finance Team at Brooks Quayle four years ago, bringing nearly 25 years of recruiting experience, beginning as a Recruiter for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
After taking a hiatus to raise her four children, Amy returned to recruiting in the Federal space prior to joining BQ.
As a Breast Cancer survivor, Amy is active in many charities including Susan G. Komen, The 3 B’s and Runway for the Cure.
Amy lives in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Tahmid is a research specialist at BQ based in our London offices, with an uncanny talent for finding talent for the Accounting, Finance, and the Restructuring & Turnaround industries. Tahmid was a teacher before working with a virtual reality start-up. His passion for education and recruitment go hand in hand to help candidates reach their potential and achieve their development goals.
A lover of travel and sport, Tahmid has combined his hobbies and visited clubs and stadiums across the continent. He is a season ticket holder at Fulham Football Club as well as a supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars! Tahmid lives in London and is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
Teresa joined BQ a little under a year ago and is based out of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Teresa uses her over 20 years’ experience in Education to assist BQ in an administrative role.
An animal lover and advocate, she will go above and beyond to assisting where needed, from looking for a lost animal or to networking in getting new loving homes for rescues.
Teresa lives in South Africa with her husband and daughter, and graduated from Germiston Technical College with a NQ6 – Secretarial/Administrative.
Summer is an Associate Consultant and rising star in our London office. She recently graduated from the University of Southampton with a bachelor’s degree in law. She joined the team early April 2022 with a love of recruiting running deep in her veins. Her father worked in recruiting and she was inspired to join the industry, which she has thoroughly enjoyed.
She is a huge advocate for diversity and inclusion and created a podcast focused on the empowerment of women.
Summer joined BQ with previous sales experience working in a technology start-up where she was responsible for both business development and strategy. She now specializes in finance, building relationships with leading consulting firms and investment banks in the States.
Yvette is an experienced Office Manager and Generalist HR practitioner. She has 25+ years’ experience gained in various sectors including Charity, FMCG, Corporate Finance, Cosmetics and Executive Search.
Based at our London office, and supporting the BQ team world-wide, Yvette prides herself on being a proficient multi-tasker and organizer; she gets the job done!
Originally from Manchester, Yvette has lived and worked in London for over 20 years. Away from the office, Yvette sings in an award-winning choir (think jazz hands, not church!), and enjoys getting out of the city on a walk or hike to wind down.
